Refund Policy

At Irrigatorz, we take pride in delivering high-quality irrigation services. We understand that unforeseen issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving customer concerns in a fair and lawful manner. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in accordance with federal and applicable state laws.

1. Service-Based Sales are generally final because our services involve labor, equipment, and time scheduled specifically for each client, all sales are considered final once the service is rendered or substantially begun. Refunds are not typically issued unless
there is a clear failure to deliver the agreed-upon service.

2. Cancellations and Refunds Prior to Service
- Clients who cancel at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled service may receive a full refund of any prepaid
amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund, as time and
resources have already been allocated.
- If the service is delayed or rescheduled due to circumstances on our end, you will not be charged or may be
issued a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

3. Service Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the quality or completion of a service, we encourage you to contact us within 3 business days of the service date. We may, at our discretion:
- Offer a corrective service at no additional cost, or
- Issue a partial or full refund, based on the extent of the issue.
Each case will be assessed individually, and documentation (e.g., photos, service notes) may be required.

4. No Refunds for Customer Negligence or Misrepresentation
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- The customer provided inaccurate information that led to misdiagnosis or misquoted work
- Pre-existing conditions (e.g., broken pipes, electrical faults) outside the scope of our services were not

disclosed
- Access to the job site was blocked or delayed due to the customer or property conditions

5. Products and Equipment
If any physical equipment or parts are purchased and installed as part of your service:
- Unopened and unused parts may be returned within 7 days for a refund, minus a restocking fee (if
applicable).
- Installed or used parts are non-refundable but may be covered under the manufacturers warranty. We will
assist with warranty claims when possible.

6. Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy is designed to comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, state-level
consumer protection laws, and relevant contract law. If your state offers additional refund rights (such as for
door-to-door sales or specific cooling-off periods), we will honor those rights accordingly.

To initiate a refund or service issue request, contact us.

Please include your name, service date, and a brief description of your concern. We will respond within 3
business days.
